Adalyn Welder has a birthday today. Happy birthday, Adalyn.
This week is American Education Week. Thank you for all you do!! You do make a difference.
Student council is giving away a jar of candy corn to whoever can guess the right amount (or closest to). The jar is located in the display case outside of the office. Students and staff can guess the number of candy corn by recording it. Sheets should be turned into the office. The winner will be announced the week of Thanksgiving Break. Forms are due to the office by November 20th.
Congratulations to this week’s Golden Ticket winners. They are kindergarten—Abigail DeBuhr and Eli Moenning; 1st grade—McKinley Sogla and Savannah Worden; 2nd grade—Camryn Harstad and Brysen Hom; 3rd grade—Taylor Johnson and Kira DeBuhr; 4th grade—Owen Schwanke and Charlotte Snodgrass; 5th grade—Jack Bakken and Wes Goetzinger; 6th grade—Owen Vanbuskirk and Taylor Ostby. Special area winners are Eli Kayfes and Peyton Wright. Students will get their prizes over the lunch hour.
The Students and Staff at Chatfield Elementary School will be doing a hat and mitten drive. Donations will be given to those in need in Fillmore and Olmsted counties. Items may be sent with your child to be put under the sharing tree. We would like to ask that these items be brought to school by December 4th.
For lunch today, we are having 1) BBQ Chicken sandwich or 2) Ham deli sub sandwich.
Students, let’s continue our reading. Students should be at 186 steps.
