Delta

Delta is a group of high school students and staff who work together to positively influence the culture, climate, and relationships at Chatfield High School. The program focuses on building connections, fostering inclusion, and creating a welcoming environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Through student-led ideas and collaborative efforts, Delta promotes positive change within the school community. Members work to strengthen relationships among students and staff, encourage kindness and respect, and recognize the accomplishments and contributions of individuals and groups within the Chatfield High School community.

Delta provides students with opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while making a meaningful impact on their school. Activities may include school-wide initiatives, recognition efforts, and projects that promote belonging, pride, and positive school culture.

Delta is open to students who are interested in leadership, service, and helping make Chatfield High School a place where everyone feels welcome. Participation offers students a chance to lead by example and be part of shaping a positive and supportive school environment.
