All Student Announcements (7-12):

A fan bus is available for the game on Friday night at Kasson. Sign-up for the bus in the main office. A fan bus ticket is $5.

 

Ms. Fritz is looking for people to help paint faces and help with our #BreaktheStigma Celebration this Saturday The event runs from 11-1 at the high school.  Please let Fritz know if you can help

Delta Group will now have a “Delta Cares” box. There will be two physical boxes, one located in Mrs. Duxbury’s office and another in Mrs. Love’s office. Each box will be a place for students to share information with staff about hardship or tragedy being experienced by students in our school. The boxes will have slips of paper for students to fill out and the boxes will be checked daily. There will also be 4 QR-code signs linked to a digital version of the form that students can fill out as well.  We hope these boxes will allow Delta to help support students who need it!

 

Winners of the Pumpkin Decorating Contest are:  1^st place – Sadie Baker,  2^nd place – Isaac Amundson,   Participation Award – Mr. Jansen  (he’s not a 7 – 12 grader)

Come join us on Saturday Nov 6 - 11am-1pm at the high school cafeteria for our #Breakthestigma celebration!  Lunch will be burgers and hot dogs for a free will donation - walk to some great music in the high school gym in honor of your battle with mental health or someone else's.  Leave your mark on our #breakthestigma wall, get your face painted and pick up some great mental health resources!  Proceeds from the event will go toward funding a safeTALK training here in Chatfield 

 

Senior High Announcements (9-12):

Study Hall: If you have a Study Hall in the LINC and you want to go somewhere else during your Study Hall, make sure you get a pass from the teacher/staff member (if possible in advance) and check in with Mrs. Little before leaving the LINC. Otherwise you will be marked absent.

 

Counselor News:

Juniors & Seniors, the following colleges will be visiting CHS in November.  Sign up outside the counseling office if you want to meet with a rep from any or all of these colleges:

·       University of Minnesota–Duluth is Tuesday, November 9 at 2:00PM

·       North Dakota State University is Tuesday, November 16 at 10:30AM

·       University of Wisconsin–Stout is Friday, November 19 at 12:45PM

 

Middle School Announcements (7-8):

This is to inform you that this year's parent/student meeting for the DC trip will be held on Tuesday, November 9^th, at 7 pm in the high school gym.  This is an informational meeting and anyone interested in the trip should attend.  This trip has been a significant part of student's experience for 25 years and we hope to continue with that tradition.  Hope to see you there!
