If so, thank a librarian, an English teacher, or a principal who is against banning books as people have attempted to ban these and many other books! International Banned Books Week is this week. Read a banned book soon!!

Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences Education is having an open house this Fall!   Our open house is a time for students to come and explore the many careers in healthcare outside of a doctor or nurse and talk directly to the program directors and current students. We will have about 22 programs participating this year and we will have hands on activities as well as tours of classrooms/lab/clinical spaces.  It is truly an exciting night with all the chatter that goes on and I am personally excited to be able to host it again!
